Please read below carefully and thoroughly and treat it as an “online consultation.”  Failing to follow the below instructions and requirements will result in your appointment being cancelled and a fee.

Prior to Booking

To ensure that you are a suitable candidate for any Cosmetic Tattoo procedures, please read the list of contraindications provided here

If you show up to your scheduled session and decide not to proceed because one or more of the Contraindications are present, you will forfeit your appointment and incur a cancellation fee of $50 per appointment.

If you are looking to book for brow tattooing and currently have an existing tattoo, you must facebook message or email (basiaa.beauty@gmail.com) photos of your current brows for assessment and approval prior to booking online. Your brows should be at least 50% faded.

Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit or credit card details may be required to secure a booking. If you are entering credit card details, you may see a $1 charge on your card (uncaptured). This charge is used for validiation purposes but will be released (voided) after six days.

Should you wish to reschedule, please do so via email 48 hours prior to your booking, or a cancellation fee of $50.00 per appointment will be charged to the card provided. We will only allow for one rescheduling allowed per appointment.

Any client who does not show up to their appointment (or cancels) will forfeit their booking(s) and incur a cancellation fee of $50.00 per appointment.

Payment Methods

Payment methods available for the remaining balance are Afterpay, Cash and/or EFTPOS (Credit Card, Debit Card).

If you are paying by cash, please ensure that you bring the correct amount as we may not be able to provide the correct amount of change. We do not accept Bank Transfer.

Please be aware that Card Payments will incure a 2% surcharge.

If you are paying by Afterpay, you will be only able to do so in-store.

Punctuality/ Late Arrivals

Please arrive to your appointment on time. We will allow for you to arrive up to 15 minutes late to accommodate for unforeseen delays.  If you arrive to your appointment late by more than 15 minutes, you will automatically forfeit your appointment and incur a cancellation fee of $50.00

Visitors & Children

You must attend to your appointment alone, strictly no visitors are allowed in the treatment room including children. This is for insurance and safety purposes.

Results will vary between clients

Healed results, even after a re-touch session, will vary with each client. No guarantees are made, and additional sessions will be charged. Additional re-touch sessions may be required to achieve desired results.
